2. CONSULTATION LETTER

After this in-depth conversation, we provide you with a detailed consultation letter that outlines our understanding of your design needs, proposed design concepts, and next steps. This letter ensures clear communication and sets the foundation for a collaborative process as we work enthusiastically to reveal your dream interior to life for you and your family to enjoy.
3. DESIGN PRESENTATION
Once Carey Interior Designs receives your signed consultation letter, we begin the detailed design phase tailored specifically to your space and needs. This involves extensive research to source the best products, materials and furnishings that align with your style and investment. Our goal is to create a personalized interior design plan that transforms your home, ensuring a fresh and enjoyable environment for you and your family. Throughout this process, we maintain clear communication to keep you informed and involved every step of the way
4. APPROVAL & PROCUREMENT
Once you electronically approve your new interior design, in your own online client dashboard, Carey Interior Designs will procure the ordering of all approved items, furnishings, fixtures and accessories chosen for your home. We manage every step carefully, including expediting orders to ensure timely delivery, closely monitoring the receipt of all items and conducting thorough quality control inspections. Our meticulous approach guarantees that each piece meets the high standards of both the design concept and your expectations, allowing you to enjoy a seamless transition from design approval to the final reveal for your space.
5. SUBCONTRACTORS
At Carey Interior Designs, we facilitate the preparation and management of construction documentation issued by your architect, which includes essential interior elevations and detailed finish selection schedules. This comprehensive documentation is crucial for clearly communicating design intent and material specifications, ensuring that your new construction interior, renovation, or addition is executed accurately. By managing these details, we streamline collaboration with subcontractors - wheter hired by Carey Interior Designs or directly by you - helping to maintain project consistency, avoid misunderstandings and acheive the design vision effeiciently and professionally.
6. INSTALLATION & REVEAL
Once your home has been fully designed with exceptional care, thoughtfulness and intentionality, our team takes charge of the entire installation process. We carefully facilitate the placement of all furnishings, artwork, and accessories, ensuring each element is perfectly positioned to reflect your unique style and the overall,, design vision. This process takes place over a series of hours or days, depending on the scope of your project, allowing us to meticulously curate every detail. Once everything is in place, we celebrate by popping the bubbly and welcoming you to your home to enjoy your beautifully transformed space
