We begin with sending with sending you a questionnaire to get an idea of what you are looking for. We take all the information we have learned about you: your story, inspiration, and lifestyle, and combine our design and intuitive abilities to create something just for you. 

Next we create the design concept (mood board) , floor plan, color palette to help you envision ow your space can look with the right layout, beautiful furniture and a comfortable home.

Lastly, we reveal it! After we are done our creativity we present it to you, once you approve the fun begins and we install your new look!

Let’s talk about your ideas and how we can help you reach your vision. Our professional team are approachable, and committed to your satisfaction. If we aren’t a good fit for a project, we are happy to recommend alternative resources.

Getting To Know You!

It’s time to meet! Your vision will become ours. We will discuss your project scope and set expectations and timelines for your project. We will take measurements and photography of your space, and look for things that tell us more about you and what makes you tick.

The Initial Consultation

We will outline our full project scope and design fees. Once you give us a go, we will be creating your new vision of your space! Our first design concept meeting is usually within three weeks.

The Proposal & Agreement

Depending on the scope of your project, our design concept meeting may include space planning options, elevations, surfaces, fixtures and fittings, hardware, furniture selections, upholstery, wall finishes, and lighting. When we narrow down the choices to those you absolutely love, we will source these materials and furnishings, from furniture, to flooring, to surfaces, to fabrics and beyond and provide any construction documentation for the trades.

Design Concept & Fine Tuning

Your custom design will come from a variety of resources, manufacturers and workrooms. Once orders are placed we will work behind the scenes to organize and manage this process for you. Our process is very systematic and ensures your home furnishings are made, received and delivered with care. Our expediting work may include checking stock, fabric and finish details to ensure accuracy, as well as coordinating receiving, freight and deliveries.

Behind The Scenes

Most of our projects include dozens of professionals working together to reach the same goal. You can expect us to be in regular communication with artisans and trade contractors working on your project, and onsite for walkthroughs and discussions. We strive to be expert communicators, and we work to get in front of challenges and resolve issues, so your experience is a happy one.

Project Coordination

After any construction is complete, we schedule a time to perform home magic. You leave home and we thoughtfully place rugs, furnishings, window treatments, hang art and a splash of items to enhance the romance of your new space. Meet us back at your home later that day for the big reveal moment!
